I am a Southern California native, born and raised in the Rancho Cucuamonga area, but have since transplanted myself over to Florida.

I'm a married to my best friend, and we have a family of 7! We have three souls in heaven & two rambunctious boys here on earth.

Everything I make in the shop, I make for them first. What I sell are things that they loved and I know you will too. I can make to order and bundle if there is something that you would like but don't see.

Here in Emmaus Road, you'll find Catholic inspired art to help bring your heart closer to His. Just like on the road to Emmaus (Luke 24:13-35) where the disciples saw Him revealed through prayer & devotion, I pray that these items will cause greater devotion to Jesus & a stronger prayer life.

Our items are all handmade, by me - KristinaNicole.


DESIGN & PAINTING TIMES:

We make each peg to order - hand painting each one! Please note the design & painting times. If you have any questions or need a quicker timeline, please ask!! :D This is the timeline JUST for painting. We use USPS to ship - see shipping information for more details. Priority Mail 3 Day upgrade is available.

IMPORTANT SHOP UPDATE: Now in 2018 we are offering subscriptions, individual peg sales, keychains, nesting dolls, and ready-to-ship items (only in Instagram). Because of the large volume and high demand of our products, each month we will only be having "open ordering" until a certain limit is ordered. We are doing this to maintain our diligent turn around time, attention to detail and product quality standards, and to also allow me a balanced home/artist life. (I didn't sleep in December! 😆

So if our Etsy shop is open, please order! You've made it into the window! If our Etsy shop is momentarily closed, stay tuned for our next reopening. It will always be announced in our Instagram. @emmausroadetsy

SUPER IMPORTANT: Any quantity ordered will have up to a 6 week turn around time. Even if your order is small, we usually sell out of our "open ordering" within 48 hrs & up to 100+ pegs come in all at once. We paint in order of Etsy invoices received. If you have a special date or event that these need to arrive by YOU MUST MESSAGE THE SHOP FIRST BEFORE ORDERING. We will not guarantee any customer requested due date after payment is made.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it, postmarked within 30 days of original purchase date. A refund will be given if item is UNUSED and NOT DAMAGED.
Payment
Once you have shopped, please submit your order. Include your contact information and an email where you can be reached. I will contact you if I have any questions about your order. Once your payment has gone through, your item(s) will be shipped per the shipping information listed in the specific listing information. If you are purchasing a custom item, payment is due to start the creation.
Shipping
I ship with USPS. Priority Mail can be requested and additional fees will apply [ensures item will arrive within 3 business days]. I am not liable for lost or damaged packages; therefore if you would like to have me insure the item for shipping just let me know. All orders are provided with tracking numbers. Once we drop off shipments with USPS, we are not responsible for any delays with shipping times.

Though we have yet to experience a problem, for international shipping, we are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
