Thank you for visiting Emmi Lee Designs where every item is handmade by me! I take great pride in using high quality fabrics and making every item boutique quality. I am excited to share my creations with you! While I do accept custom orders, I only accept pattern designs and fabrics currently available within my shop.
I have an ever wandering mind, so if you see an item you like, purchase it! I create in small batches and like to move on to new and unique designs!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
My number one goal is customer satisfaction, so I hope you will be thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item that you are not 100% completely satisfied with, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a timely return of the item for an in store credit. Shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

Unfortunately, I am unable to give returns on custom orders or worn, soiled or washed item(s).
Payment
All Texas residents will be charged state and local tax of 8.25%.

I accept Paypal and direct checkout.

All items must be paid immediately upon check out. No e-checks through Paypal are accepted. Please contact me if you have any trouble checking out. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase an item. You can pay directly with a credit card. Please note that custom made orders will not be started until payment is received and cleared.
Shipping
I ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the US. Insurance is available for an extra fee. You are free to downgrade to First Class Shipping if you prefer. Please contact me for a custom listing. Emmi Lee Designs is not responsible once the package has shipped.

All in stock items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. All pre-orders ship within 3 weeks after receipt of payment.

If you are local and would like to pick up your item(s), please convo me. I will either refund the shipping charges or set up a custom listing.

International orders are welcome. All international orders are shipped USPS First Class Parcel. Unfortunately, delivery confirmation is not available for international orders. If you would prefer Priority Shipping, please contact me prior to purchasing.

All Emmi Lee Designs items are created with customer safety in mind. Some items may have buttons, ribbons, bows, etc. and may be a choking hazard for small children. Please keep such items away from your child's mouth.
