All items brought from this shop are handmade. I will not make the exact same flower twice however more than one flower may possess similar characterstics and/or elements.

Payment
Money orders and paypal payments are the only acceptable forms of payment for all items. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still use the link to purchase an item. If payment for and order is not received within 1-2 days the order will be cancelled.
Shipping
All items purchased will be shipped to the consumer within 72 hours. Each flower will be boxed individually and covered in tissue paper. All items will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). For international purchases, buyers are responsible for any customs charges the package may incur.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds may be accepted upon a case by case basis. I will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. If you want to exchange your item, please notify me immediately after you receive your item.

If it is confirmed that your package is lost, I will refund your order, or resend your order.

I reserve the right to refuse to refund customers who are solely responsible for the damage and/or loss of their item.
