5 out of 5 starsI can't wait to wear these out and about! I love the look of the cork, and as another review mentioned, it does have a slight gold flecking which gives a lovely touch. I would also like to say that it was really nice getting the note in the envelope with a picture of the woman who actually made the earrings. There is something so personal about being able to see another human face whose skill brought such a lovely piece of art into the world. Thank you!

Overcoming Poverty One Handmade Good At A Time
At Empowered Goods our goal is to do our part in overcoming poverty. Founder, Casi Groff, lived in Juarez, Mexico for two years and saw first hand the hardships it brings and the reality of it. Through crafting leather products our artisans receive a healthy living wage to help them overcome poverty. They have dreams of better for themselves and their families. Dreams of a home big enough for them all to live comfortably, and dreams of making a difference in their communities.
Meet one of our artisans, Jessica. She is a single momma to three and loves her kids well. Currently living in a one room home and sharing a double bunk bed she dreams of having a bigger space to love her family and watch them grow. She is the best cake decorator for all the birthday parties and a faithful soccer mom as she helps out the teams her kids play on. Partnering with Empowered Goods is providing her with a chance to better her families life.

Will I get an earring that's exactly like the picture I see?
You will receive earrings as pictured but may not be identical.
All our leather earrings are handmade by our talented artisans, making each pair unique! All leather is real leather and has various beautiful textures, markings and shades. They are each individually hand cut and hand crafted. Imperfections may exist in the cutting and textures of the leather, creating each piece unique and one of a kind!
Care instructions
For care of leather earrings it is best to store them laying flat or hanging.
Avoid swimming and full exposure to water when wearing our bracelets or using our keychains.

We do offer wholesale prices and we'd love to partner with you. Message us for more information.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns for damaged product only. However, return labels and costs are not provided unless there was damage to an item.
If you'd like to return an item please message us for more information on how to do so.
Reimbursements on returns do not include shipping. Refunds will be given for products only.
Will my item arrive on time?
We ship everything out within the ship by date when purchasing. (Usually 2-4 days) However, once an item is shipped it is out of control and up to USPS to make prompt delivery.
What are the earring posts made of?
Our earring posts are made of brass and are all nickel free and lead safe. Most people with sensitive ears have no problems with our earrings!
