Frequently asked questions
How do I unzip the files I receive?

To unzip, right-click (or press and hold) on the folder, then click "Extract All".

How do I upload my new SVG file into Cricut Design Space so that I can use it with my Cricut Explore?

1. Go to Cricut Design Space and sign in.
2. Click on "Create New Project"
3. In the left menu, click on "Upload Image"
4. Click Vector Upload
5. Browse to where you have stored your SVG file
6. Once you see your SVG file, click "Open"
7. Click "Save Image"

How can I use my PNG file with Silhouette Software to use with my Cameo or Portrait Machine?

1. Open your Silhouette Studio program on your computer.
2. Click on "File", then click "Open"
3. Resize your image so that you can see all parts of the image clearly (and so it's not too small)

6. Draw a tracing box around the design
7. On the right hand side, adjust the "High Pass Filter" until the entire design turns yellow. Then click "Trace"
