Returns and exchanges
Because my items are unique and custom made, I generally do not accept returns. Please check the measurements carefully to be sure you are ordering an item that is right for you. I strive to produce quality items but if there is a defect, please contact me within three days of receiving your order and explain the problem. Anything that is returned must be in original, unused condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment
I currently accept PayPal which is easy to use and free to the buyer. Debit & credit card users can use PayPal without a PayPal account.

Sales tax will only be added if you live in the state of Kansas.

Custom orders: 50% of the total must be paid at the time you place your order and the remaining 50% after the item has been finished. Custom orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

Please pay for your purchase within 5 days or the sale will be cancelled.
Shipping
Shipping: I ship First Class USPS, which takes 4-5 days. Items will be shipped within 1-2 days once your payment has cleared. If you would like to upgrade your shipping (for faster shipping or to include item insurance), please contact me and I will give you a quote for the additional cost.

Once an item is delivered to the US Postal Service, it is out of my control. Extra Mile Textiles is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. I package everything with care and have never had a problem. I ship items with a “delivery confirmation” for tracking purposes.
