Shipping
your order will be well packaged: cute and safe for transit.

most orders will ship within 2-3 days of payment. i am a big fan of shipping as soon as i possibly can, so I will always try to get your order out even sooner than that. if for any reason i will not be able to ship within 3 days i will email you and let you know the expected ship date. let me know if you urgently need your item and i will do the best i can to get it out the same day or following day.

if your etsy and paypal addresses do not match, your order will be mailed to the address listed on your etsy account

~UNITED STATES: shipping is a $3.50 flat rate, regardless of order size. i ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation when available. insurance is available upon request for $1.35, just let me know in the notes to seller box that you would like insurance and i will send you an adjusted invoice.

~INTERNATIONAL: shipping is $5 via USPS first class mail international. i am unable to provide tracking numbers, unfortunately. i can not be responsible for international orders that are lost, i'm sorry! *please note: if any customs fees, tariffs or taxes are assessed by the destination country, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay them.

please let me know if you aren't happy with your order; a return or exchange may be made within 10 days of receipt. items must be in their original condition. please contact me prior to sending an item and package it carefully. the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. custom orders are not returnable and shipping costs are non-refundable.
