I'm a traditional paint and paintbrush type of girl. From the smell to the touch to the first pop of color freshly squeezed out of the tube...never gets old. Lately enjoying turning my watercolors into surface patterns for textiles and beyond.

Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalized orders

Commissions are one of the highlights of my business. I truly appreciate each one, and accept several throughout the year. If you see something that strikes your fancy based on any one of my works, or you have a certain color palette in mind, I’d be delighted to create a custom floral in the size of your choice. Please remember, however, no two paintings are ever the same; each one truly an original work of art. The best part of a commission? Customizing an original floral work just for you.

Sizing details

I work on a variety of substrates including stretched and un-stretched canvas, the very best, archival cotton paper, and even wood panels from time to time. If you would like a custom floral painted in a particular size, feel free to reach out with your inquiry, and I’ll surely be in touch.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of my paintings come carefully wrapped in high quality archival papers, from professional glassine to the delicate, coordinating tissue papers on their outer packaging. Pretty ribbons, and little packaging accouterments finish off your package, making her perfect for gifting as is. If there is a special gift message you would like included, please be sure to let me know before completing your purchase.

Care instructions

Each one of my paintings have been varnished with the best archival finishes. For my acrylic paintings on canvas, the sides of the canvas have been painted to flow seamlessly with the image on the front. No need for framing, as they are wired and ready to hang out of the box. Framing is truly an option. My acrylic works on paper are always painted in standard sizes, making them easily accessible to store bought mat/frame combos. And, my 5x7 watercolor works have been matted to fit a standard 8x10 frame. *ALL ART ON PAPER SHOULD BE PLACED BEHIND GLASS WITH A MAT. THE MAT ACTS AS A BARRIER TO PREVENT ANY MOISTURE FROM BUILDING UP BETWEEN YOUR NEW ORIGINAL WORK OF ART, AND THE GLASS ITSELF, THEREFORE PROTECTING IT FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.*
