Returns and exchanges
ALL returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your items.

If item is damaged in transit, please save original item and packing materials, we will either refund your purchase or ship a replacement depending upon your wishes.

If you are unsatisfied with your item for whatever reason you may return any item in ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION to us. We do NOT refund shipping charges, you are responsible for both your original costs and return shipping.

Items that are returned in not new, original condition may be rejected or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Payment
We accept all forms of PayPal.

We also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover independently of PayPal and would be happy to send you a secure email invoice.

USPS postal money orders and personal checks can also be arranged, but we need to hear from you first!
Shipping
Items will ship the most economical and quickest way possible. The majority of items will ship 1st class mail. If you desire a specific or expedited shipping service feel free to contact you for a quote. We ship daily with Fed Ex and are happy to provide overnight or other services.

Please allow 2 - 4 days to complete your handcrafted items. Items ship Monday - Friday from CA.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Some countries (especially Australia and New Zealand) flag and hold orders with moss or other organic materials. If you are not willing to deal with this (sometimes fees apply) please do NOT order any of these items. If you are interested in an item that contains moss or organic materials but do not want the hassle just contact us to create or modify the item in a different format.

YOU, THE BUYER - are responsible for any and all customs / taxes / duties and fees.

We will NOT mark items as gifts or misrepresent the order price. We can also not calculate these fees for you, contact your local post office or customs official for information.

We are happy to offer affordable worldwide shipping but please be aware that packages may take up to 5 weeks to arrive. The majority of packages arrive in a timely fashion but please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive. If you need your item by a deadline contact us for a custom shipping quote.
