All items are made to order- I need up to 7 business days for your jewelry to be created before shipping out!
Electroforming Kits & Supplies are available to the Continental US & Canada only (Can't ship to HI/AK/Puerto Rico or APO). They can ONLY be shipped via slow UPS Ground- sadly no expedited choices are available due to HazMat restrictions. They cannot be returned.
You have three choices for shipping services on all US and International orders(for jewelry items ONLY): Ground Advantage/First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail.
In addition to time needed to create your jewelry, GROUND ADVANTAGE within the US takes 3-5 days for delivery, and First Class International can take 2-3 weeks or longer, depending on your country's customs inspection.
In addition to time needed to create your jewelry, PRIORITY MAIL within the US takes 2-3 days for delivery, and Priority International can take 6-10 days or longer, depending on your country's customs inspection.
In addition to time needed to create your jewelry, EXPRESS MAIL within the US takes 1-3 days for delivery, and Express International can take 3-5 days or longer, depending on your country's customs inspection.
**Please note that international packages may be held in customs inspection. You must contact your country's customs office for more information if your package is detained. We are not held responsible for this delay. **

Care instructions
Here are some tips to help you keep your jewelry looking beautiful:
• Always remove jewelry before you shower, exercise, swim, or go to bed
• Lotions, perfumes, bug sprays, and sunscreen will damage ceramic and wooden jewelry, and will tarnish metal jewelry. Be sure to remove jewelry before applying any of these.
• To help prevent natural tarnishing, store all silver and copper pieces in a plastic bag when not in use. All jewelry is packaged in anti tarnish bags
• To remove natural tarnishing, use a jewelry polishing cloth to gently clean and brighten jewelry. You can also use polishing liquid
• To prevent patina on copper jewelry, do not allow the piece to get wet. If this happens, make sure to dry it immediately
Gift wrapping and packaging
• Due to popular request, all orders are shipped WITHOUT pricing information.
• All Enchanted Leaves Jewelry comes gift packaged.
• If your order if being shipped directly to the gift recipient and you wish to include a personalized gift note inside the package, please let me know right away.
Processing/Creation Time
All of Enchanted Leaves Jewelry items are made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for me to make your jewelry before shipment.
Electroforming Kits and supplies are made to order as well, and may be in high demand. Check with me for stock availability.

- Kits can only be shipped via UPS ground, which takes 7-10 business days to arrive
- Kits cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO Address
- Kits are only available to the continental USA, and Canada
- Due to this item containing chemical liquids, the Electroforming Kits and supplies are non-returnable/non-refundable.
HAZARDOUS LIQUIDS ARE PROHIBITED FROM BEING RETURNED THROUGH THE MAIL - Specific DOT training and documentation is required to be authorized to do so, which is how I am able to ship them via UPS Ground to you.
