Listing was representative, shipping was fairly quick, and even though the shipping box was a bit worse for wear when it arrived, the doll itself was in perfect condition due to the care taken with protecting her (lots of bubble wrap...lots and lots of bubble wrap). I'm very pleased with my purchase.
