All jewelry items are handmade with care, attention and a touch of magic! Your jewelry will arrive carefully packaged, with an information card, and ready for gift-giving (to yourself or someone else) in an organza pouch. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped in a padded mailer.

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have any questions or concerns about an item you have purchased, contact me within 5 days of receiving the item.

If you are unsatisfied, you may return the item for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. However, you MUST contact me prior to returning an item in the event we can resolve your question or situation.

If you do need to return an item, it must be returned in the original packaging, in the original, new, unworn condition. If the returned item does not comply, I have the right to issue a partial refund.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item so we can discuss your options. The damaged item must be returned before a replacement is shipped or a refund is issued. For regular stock items, a comparable replacement item will be sent if the materials to make the item are still available. For a custom item, a refund will be issued.

I will work with you to resolve any issues and come to an amicable solution!
I only accept payments through Etsy Payments and PayPal.

PayPal is a safe and secure way to shop online using a major credit card or your bank account. By paying directly through PayPal, you can shop without widely sharing your financial details.

In order to use PayPal for purchases you do NOT need to set up an account with PayPal. But if you do want to set up an account, the service is free and can be used for numerous other online transactions and shopping.

Items will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays) after your payment has been received.

Shipping to the U.S. and internationally is via regular air mail through Canada Post. This method of shipping does NOT include a tracking number. If you require a tracking number, select the "With Tracking" shipping upgrade from the drop down menu when you checkout. Shipping within Canada is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with insurance and a tracking number included.

Items shipped within Canada usually take about one week to arrive; to the U.S. approximately 1 - 2 weeks; and international shipments approximately 2 - 3 weeks (this could be a bit longer depending on overseas postal services). Please be aware that items crossing the U.S. border and international borders may be delayed due to customs. There is *usually* not a delay, but obviously this is out of my control so please have patience if your package does not arrive exactly within the above noted *approximate* time frames. For shipping to the U.S. - if you require your order sooner, select the shipping upgrade you would like from the drop down menu when you checkout. Options include delivery from 3 business days to 6 business days. All shipping upgrades include a tracking number. For faster shipping within Canada or to countries outside of North America, please contact me.

~ Etsy Reviews and Star Ratings ~
Please leave a review on the Etsy site once you have received your item(s). If there are any issues or questions, please contact me before leaving a less-than-positive rating so we can work to a mutually agreeable resolution.

~ Jewelry Care~
Please take care of your handmade jewelry and treat it well! Store sterling silver pieces or those with sterling silver components in the reclosable plastic bag you will receive with your order. If needed, gently clean with a soft cloth. Do not subject your handmade jewelry pieces to rough handling and extreme wear and tear. And, don't wear your jewelry in a chlorine pool or salt water as this will take the finish off some beads. Jewelry that is damaged due to rough wear or mishandling is not exchangeable or refundable.
