To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may choose to provide us with additional personal information such as for a custom order, if you contact us directly.

Why we need your information and how we use it?

We use your information which you authorised Etsy/Paypal to provide to us as needed to fulfil your order or to provide customer support and improve our services. Your data is supplied to us at the checkout process and is stored in our Etsy & Paypal accounts. We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy, Etsy Terms of Use and Paypal Agreement.

Information sharing and Data Retention

We only share your personal information for very limited reasons to provide our services:

Etsy/Paypal. We share information as necessary. For further information on their Privacy policies, please visit their websites.
Delivery providers - Royal Mail. We share your personal information with trusted third parties to provide shipping and only to the extent necessary to perform these services such as name & postal address.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and we generally keep your data for up to 4 years. Your data is NOT shared or sold to any outside parties.
