Announcement    11/19: Hi! As the holidays are coming up, please be patient and mindful!
This is the busiest time of the year for small shops and for USPS!
Orders are being made as fast as possible, but I will not be doing any rush orders. Please check the process time before placing your order. USPS has also been experiencing some delays, so please also keep that in mind! We are all working as hard as we can during the holidays!
Also, USPS has been marking orders as delivered before they arrive! If it says it arrives, and it hasn't, give it a couple more days

10/5: If your order says delivered and it has not shown up, it is still on the way! USPS has been marking items as delivered before they arrive! Give it a couple days past the date it says it arrived (or double check with a neighbor!) If it still doesn't show up, reach out!

5/31/22 Update:
Hi everyone!! Thank you so so much for ordering with my shop! Please be patient with USPS! They have been experiencing delays due to covid! Also, the labels get created through etsy and the tracking company has been having issues with items stating "pre-transit" even though they are on the way! If your item keeps the "pre-transit" label on it, don't fret!! It IS on the way! Every single order I mark as shipped does go out! Orders usually can take up to a week to arrive once it is marked on my end! If it takes longer than that, please feel free to reach out and we can figure it out!
Keep in mind though, I do NOT have control of what happens once the item leaves my hands so please be kind when messaging! I am doing my best, but there are certain thing I have no control over!
