    Returns and exchanges
    If using PayPal, please make sure the address in your PayPal account is the correct one you want the order to be shipped to. Once an item leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for it. We understand items can get lost in the mail, but we cannot take responsibility for shipping problems. If you would like insurance added to your order, we can invoice that to you as an upgrade, just let us know.

    We do not accept returns past 7 days of the item being received by the customer.

    Items are considered missing when they don't arrive for 5 weeks (calendar days) from the date of shipment for most countries except for countries in South America. For countries in South America, items are considered missing after 8 weeks from the time of shipment.

    We check all items before they are shipped to ensure that they are in the best condition before they leave.
    We accept PayPal, Credit Cards and Etsy Gift Cards. All payments are made securely through the Etsy server.
    All shipping is done via USPS

    Most orders are shipped in 24-72 hours (not including the day the order's placed) by:
    USPS First Class Package arrives in 3-7 business days once shipped
    UPS Ground arrives in 3-7 business days once shipped

    For All International Orders: Please provide a phone number as a contact reference.
    For International customers, it could take up to 2-3 weeks depending on customs and the country of destination. In unusual cases, it may take a month or even longer. Estimated sHipping time does not include any time spent at custom's office. Also, it is buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs fee.

    Once a package leaves our hands, it is out of our control. Shipping mishaps can happen through the USPS. We are not responsible for orders getting lost or damage in the mail. If you do not receive your order, we can work with you to replace the item, but you will incur some cost. If you prefer to have your order shipped with insurance, please let us know and we can invoice you for the additional shipping cost.
