Let me explain how it works :-)

About the sample sets:
The sample sets you see in my shop can be purchased to feel the paper type, to see the printing quality on the different papers, to feel the quality of the envelopes, ...
The price of a sample set is refunded when you decide to work with me afterwards.

In the sample set you also find a detailed price list.

I have 3 types of paper that you can choose from:
1. Cryogen white paper --> a warm, creamy white.
This French quality paper has a subtle sparkle (a bit iridescent)
Wood free and acid free. ICF eco & quality label. 89 lb cover weigh. 240 gram/m2

2. Rives tradition Extra blanc --> Nice French quality paper that has a texture that reminds of fine art paper.
Wood free and acid free. ICF eco & quality label. 90lb cover weigh / 250gram/m2

3. Museum Etching 100% cotton paper --> this is superb quality of thick cotton paper enhanced with a photographic layer to give outstanding quality.
The colors last for at least 90 years. ;-) This is the paper that's a bit more expensive.

This is how I work on invitations:

1. You select one of my designs.
The price of a card depends on the size of the card, the type of paper and the type of envelope you select ( lined or not lined )
I can email you a complete pricelist with all details on it. I just need you email address so I can send it t you.
Every design can be customised based on your requirements. Adapting the colors to your weddingcolors for example, adapting the design to other request, ....

2. You let me know how many cards in what size you would like. In every design I can make whatever card you need
--> save the date, invitation, rsvp, menu, place cards, table numbers, thank you cards, direction cards, info sheets, booklet cover, ...

3. Based on your info I make a detailed pricequote with shipping cost included etc.

4. If the price quote is ok for you, I make a "reserved listing " for 50 % of the total budget in my shop.

5. You purchase the listing and send me your texts. (Copy-paste in a Etsy convo works perfect for me.)

6. I start making previews for you and show them through Etsy convo's. You comment the previews and I make new previews.
I make new previews until we are both 100 % happy with the result.

7. Once we are both happy with the result, I make the second part listing. normally that is the other 50 % of the total budget, but sometimes in the mean time volumes go up or down and then the second part listing can change of course.

8. you purchase the listing and I start the production

9. I send everything to you with FedEx ( insured shipping in 2 or 3 days )

That is more or less it :-)

In the last few years I did the wedding stationery of hundreds of couples in the US like this.
I ship to the US every day with FedEx and that works absolutely perfect.

Typical turnaround: about 3 to 4 weeks, but if needed it can go real fast as well. Last week we received an "panic order" on Monday and the invitations were delivered on Wednesday in Florida.

If you have other questions, just let me know.
