Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your order, we do accept returns within 30 days of shipment date. All items must be returned in original condition. Your payment will be refunded via original payment method minus the shipping costs.
Payment
Payments are accepted via paypal and now directly through etsy with major credit card. A sales tax of 8.75% will be added to all orders with a California shipping address.
Shipping
Shipping usually goes out within one week of order but can take up to 2 weeks since pieces are made to order. Gold plating add an extra week to the ship time. Parcels are sent USPS with tracking. Rush orders are possible, please contact us before purchasing for pricing and timing.
Additional policies and FAQs
Jewelry is delicate, please handle with care. Metal will react with oxygen in the air. I suggest storing in an airtight plastic bag to help prevent tarnish, especially with silver. Pieces can be cleaned with a soft cloth, or soap and water, or a polishing cloth if very tarnished.
