Again, because of the very low price of our items, we won't do refunds or exchanges. We hope you understand...
Payment
Because of the very low price of our items, Enfo only accept payment via paypal and payment is expected within 5 days of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping will be done every Wednesday and Friday after reception of payment. Packages are sent by surface. Therefore, please allow 4 days for delivery in Canada and 6 to 12 days for delivery in United States and International. If you are in a rush, please contact to organize faster shipping. We will do our best to meet your needs.

We also do our best to keep the shipping price as low as possible. However, we have to follow Postes Canada prices.

As of now - January 11, 2010 - purchases will always be shipped to addresses from buyers Etsy account, NOT Paypal, so please make sure this one is valid, or please contact us if you would like your purchase to be sent to another address.
