Returns and exchanges
I will only accept refunds for damaged merchandise within 15 days. Each nativity set is individually hand crafted and may look slightly different than the picture. I am always happy to receive suggestions and feedback so please contact me if you are unhappy in any way.
Payment
I accept Paypal, Etsy gift cards and credit or debit cards. Please pay within 24 hours to keep your order active. Once payment is received I will ship your order within 48 hours if the item is in stock.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped by USPS. You will receive your order within 8-10 days after your payment is confirmed. If you have not received your order in that time please contact me. Orders needed by Christmas must be received by December 15. Please let me know when your shipment arrives by giving feedback.

I usually ship USPS Parcel Post within the United States. Smaller international orders will be shipped First Class International, and larger orders will be Priority Mail Medium Box.
Additional policies and FAQs
During the Holiday Season from October through December I am unable to process custom orders. If you would like a custom order please contact me before October 1 or after January 1st for the next year.
