First time I put the knife in the sheath it went through the side of the sheath and cut my finger. Doesn’t fit well

That is physically impossible. I don't know how you managed that, but it isn't possible to casually shove the tip of a knife through #8 Kydex. Had you contacted me about this, I would have worked with you to identify the problem and replace your sheath. Since what you've done should not be possible, I strongly suspect you put the blade in upside down and then forced it as hard as you could. Dishonest product reviews don't help anyone. You should be ashamed of yourself.

A well-executed variation, made for the Emerson Sgian Dubh. Perfect for pocket carry, to be drawn in forward grip-edge up configuration. Nice work and money VERY well spent. Excellent communication with maker as well. Highly recommended.

Awsome experience!! I couldn't be happier with my Custom Gen 1 Pioneer Woman sheath with a gift!!! Phil is a great guy to work with and his work is superb! and amazing!!!! every time this is my 4th sheath and every one has been just the way Id like it. Blade retention is nice and tight and holds the knife securely, Great detail, I couldn't ask for more!!! Thank you for the sheath and for your generosity. Shipping time was fast and right on time!!!!
