Like most good things, this shop is the product of love and passion.

When I was little, I wanted to be a veterinarian more than anything in the world. I loved animals and I wanted to be able to help them. I went to college unsure I still wanted to follow the doctor path, but I knew I had time to figure it out.

Spoiler alert: I did not become a veterinarian. I still love animals though! Several jobs, two marriages, a few deaths of people I loved fiercely, and three kids later, I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up. The painful lessons life has taught me make me value time more than anything.

In 2016 I left the corporate world that kept me away from my family for 50 hours a week and dove head first into full-time entrepreneurship. I figured I could build my parachute on the way down. In those first few weeks I often said I would go scoop dog poop and clean people's bathrooms if I had to because I could take my kids with me instead of paying someone else to raise them Monday-Friday.

It is said when you are setting goals you need to identify what you want to move toward or move away from. I HAD to make things work because I knew what I was NOT willing to do any longer.

I've always been a maker of things. Someone who tinkers and plays. There's a level of vulnerability when it comes to making something for someone else.
Ta-da! Look what I did!
There's also the fear that the made thing won't be well received.
What if they hate it?
But, any maker of things will tell you that usually their inner voice says, "Do it anyway."
So you do. Er, I do, because I need to. And because I am lucky enough to be able to.

If you've gotten this far, I promise I'm not always this serious. I am always this honest. The world needs more raw/open/realness.
So here I am, risking being seen in all of my glory.

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by! A few quick things: Due to the customization of most of my items, I do not accept cancelations beyond 1 hour of your initial order timestamp and I do not accept returns.

Once an item leaves my shop and is in the hands of USPS, I am not responsible for how long it takes to get to you or if it is damaged/lost during transit. This includes international orders that may be held in customs for unknown lengths of time.

I am not responsible for any additional payment due on international orders. You, the customer, are responsible for paying any additional tax due on your international item upon arrival.

I ship all of my items with a tracking number. I will do my best to work with you to track your order, but I am only able to see the same tracking information you are. Sometimes items do not get scanned properly by USPS employees, especially during holiday seasons, so if your item appears to not be moving, but has been marked "shipped", please remember I do not work for USPS and cannot make them scan your package or update the tracking information. Believe me, this frustrates me as a seller just as much as it does you.

If an item arrives damaged or gets lost, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do everything I can on my end to make it right. If your package was marked "delivered" by USPS, but is nowhere to be found, please message me. There are a few steps you must take to make sure your package wasn't accidentally mis-delivered to the wrong address. I value each one of my customers and I want you to be happy with the products and service you receive from my shop.

Payment
I accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Sales tax is determined based on the address of the buyer.

If you need to cancel an order, please message me within 1 hour of purchase. Due to the nature of most of my items, I am not able to resell something that has been personalized. Once I start working on an order that requires personalization, I will not be able to issue a full refund. If you do not message me before I begin working on your personalized order, but I agree to cancelation, you will receive a partial refund for your order. I will refund the total you paid for the order and shipping MINUS a restocking fee based on the item you purchased.
Shipping
I ship all orders via USPS with tracking. Clothing and decals are shipped First Class with an estimated 2-5 day shipping time. Doormats, hammers, and mugs are shipped Priority with an estimated 2-3 day shipping time. These estimated shipping times are subject to change depending on how busy the USPS is. If you place an order close to a holiday, anticipate a delay in shipping times. Please remember I have absolutely no control over shipping times. I do my best to get holiday orders out so they arrive before the holiday they are meant for, but I cannot guarantee an ETA. If you want to upgrade the shipping on your order to Priority Express, please message me.
