Crafty girly fun meets with man cave goods for a shopping experience for all!

Hello! Engrave-Cave, LLC is owned and operated by Pat and Misha Smithwick. We took the delivery of our first laser July 2014, and it has been a whirlwind ever since! Between the two of us, we have a good mix of girly craft fun and manly man cave products. Our goal is to exceed our customers expectations and produce a beautifully engraved keepsake or gift.

All of our products are precisely engraved on one of our three industrial lasers. We are capable of engraving on paper, wood, glass, acrylic, metals, just to name a few. We offer personalized products that will accommodate gifts for: weddings, birthdays, Christmas, Mother’s and Father’s Day, parties, and more.

In addition to engraving, we can offer dye sublimation, vinyl services, and new to our shop are 1803 Candles!

At Engrave-Cave we will help you come up with a custom gift or a little something special for yourself. We accept custom orders, as we want your item to be special and unique to you or your recipient.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Items will be refunded ONLY if Engrave-Cave has made an error while processing your order. You may return an item within 5 days if we are at fault. Customers who do not enter correct information, or do not follow listing directions do not qualify for a refund. We process orders very quickly, so please be certain of your purchase, as no refunds will be made after order have been engraved. Please, quickly advise us of any problem or need to return (due to our error) as we are always happy to help and want our customers completely satisfied!

Please be aware when dealing with glass, metal and wood products, there will be imperfections within the glass, metal or wood itself from the manufacture or casting process, as well as natural flaws in wood. We try our best to avoid severe flaws, but minor flaws cannot be avoided and are to be expected and often give the piece a unique look. All of our items are purchased new, and handled with care during the engraving process. Please know, all wood from product to product varies. The darkness of engravings will very slightly from photos as each wood engraves differently.

When ordering, you are instructed to read our shop policy. When you purchase, you are acknowledging you agree and understand our terms and policies.
You may checkout with Etsy or PayPal. These are the quickest way for me to receive your funds, therefore, you recieve your product quicker too!

Colorado sales tax will be added for Colorado residents.
All items will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Smaller items will ship first class USPS. You will receive an email when your item has been shipped. Understand once we ship, the process of USPS is out of our control. Unfortunately, during high volume times of the year such as holidays, you may find an order ship, and have no update for several days, then suddenly be delivered. We will monitor these situations, but in all cases, they do get delivered! Claims cannot be put into USPS until it has been 14 days of no delivery.
It is your responsibly to make sure you have the correct shipping address entered. Addresses can not be changed within the Etsy system once you have submitted your order. If your address is incorrect, your order will be canceled, refunded and you will be asked to reorder while entering the correct address. Absolutely no exceptions.
Additional policies and FAQs
*Our Pyrex bakeware maintains its functionality even with engraving. That includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and refrigerator safe.
*Engraving on Pyrex will be done on the bottom of the pan. This process does not leave any sharp edges.
*Hammers are standard construction grade, just as you would purchase from any hardware store. Therefore, expect small imperfections in wood and castings as they are not perfect. We do not make the hammers, only engrave them.
