enhabiten's Shop Policies

Everything I make is either one of a kind or made in small runs. I like to experiment and come up with new designs. Enhabiten is about beautiful textiles for yourself and your home. I'd love to hear from you with comments, suggestions and special requests.

I accept paypal and etsy direct payment. I ship as soon as each method of payment has cleared paypal/the bank.

Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal. When you check out click the pay by Paypal option & you will be forwarded to a secure page, that gives you the option on the left hand side of the page to pay using your debit or credit card.
If you find the checkout process a bit confusing you aren't alone. It's much easier after the first time. Here's a link to help navigate you through it:

Shipping: Many items shipped domestically are shipped priority mail. With priority mail you can expect to receive your order 2-4 days after shipping. Heavier items are shipped parcel post which takes up to 9 days travel time. Items shipped internationally are shipped via the least expensive option which is usually airmail international.
* International sellers: please contact me for a ship quote if your country is not listed in the shipping section for each item. I'd be happy to revise a listing with the ship cost to your country.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order I will gladly refund you minus the ship cost when I receive the item back. If the product is flawed or if the listing did not adequately represent the product I will refund you as well as pay for the cost of shipping. These details can be determined if you convo me.
