Can I customise my vinyl decal or order a logo/business signage?
Absolutely! We design, produce and finish everything in-house, so we can accommodate a wide range of requests. Whether it's a specific font, colour, size, layout, business logo or commercial signage — just send us a message and we'll do our best to make it happen. No question is too small!
How do I apply my vinyl decal(s)?
Your decal arrives with 3 layers — the backing sheet, the decal itself, and the transfer tape. Here's how to apply it:
1) On arrival, smooth over the decal to bond all 3 layers together — transit can sometimes cause small air bubbles. You can also apply a bit of heat from a hair dryer to help remove bubbles or creases.
2) Clean and dry your surface, making sure it's free from dust and debris.
3) Peel away the backing sheet (we stamp it so you know which side) and discard it.
4) Place the decal onto your surface.
5) Rub firmly all over with a card to secure it.
6) Slowly peel off the transfer tape to finish — and you're done!
Paper instructions are included with every order. Video instructions also available — just ask!
How is my vinyl decal(s) size determined?
When you select a size, we design your decal to fit within those dimensions — either in height or width — to keep it looking its best. Not all decals will fill the entire area, so if your design doesn't quite reach the edges we'll cut just the decal itself rather than leaving excess blank vinyl. You'll see exactly how it looks in your preview before anything is made!
Will the colours look exactly as shown?
We do our best to represent our colours as accurately as possible, but please be aware that shades can vary slightly in person due to factors such as screen calibration, display settings and natural material variations in the vinyl itself. If you'd like a closer look at a specific colour or finish before ordering, just ask and we'll send you a swatch photo!
Can I see a preview before it's made?
Yes — we send a digital preview for every order so you can approve it and request any changes before we go to production. If we don't hear back within 24 hours we'll proceed with the design as shown.
Are invoices/receipts included in the package?
No, invoices/receipts are not included in the package. However, they can be provided upon request if needed.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
As everything is personalised and made to order, we're unable to accept returns unless there's a fault — this is in line with UK consumer law. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us straight away and we'll do our best to resolve it!
For non-personalised items, you're welcome to return within 30 days of receiving your order providing it's in its original condition. Just get in touch and we'll guide you through the process.
