    OUR STORY!

    ENTRELAÇADAS, the first brand of ENTRE, it born of the collaboration with the ARTSPAZIOS studio (www.artspazios.com), developing handmade crochet products for home!


    Our inspiration is born of Portuguese traditions that are hidden in the trunks. We all have at home trunks full of amazing pieces of design that our mothers and grandmothers (women of our family) have created over the years, represent an incredible legacy that passes from generation to generation, from mother to daughter, over the years. This legacy, hidden in trunks, which represents the work of several Portuguese women is, for us, a great potential to reinterpreted today, adapting them to new scales and contexts.


    So ENTRELAÇADAS is born! Handmade pieces, unique, customizables, that gather them passion and dedication, a tribute to those who work hand this ancient knowledge!


    ENTRELAÇADAS is a hand made product, which final design is influenced by the hands that made it and by the materials, emerge as a reinterpretation of the past, a big scale adaptation of “grandmas napron”, a unique piece, adaptable to contemporary and minimalist spaces from today.


    Our pieces tries to adapt to the new contemporary interiors: large spaces, minimalist and neutral decor, where ENTRELAÇADAS appears as a connecting element of the space, a design piece, more than a simple rug. Our key piece, design N 007, is a versatile and flexible piece, adapts to the space and furniture, embraces the sofa, the table, involving the elements that surround it, covering spaces and defining a course. Each piece is unique and customizable, and each design has a purpose, a distinct function suitable for each room and to each need of the customer, marking it with its characteristic identity!


    The material was a key decision in creating ENTRELAÇADAS!

    The technique of combining traditional design (crochet) to a modern and contemporary material arranged the pieces in megascale that we present today and we are so proud of it!

    Are acts of sustainability and recycling that involve the execution process of ENTRELAÇADAS, the fabric, surplus textiles of Portuguese industries, directly influences the final design of the rug, and the details involves in the conception. Each fabric is chosen for a purpose, only to a unique rug, for a unique piece. Our rugs are inspired by touch: texture, weight, elasticity and stiffness of the fabric… it is they who decides the final result of the rug, since it design to it size :)

    Returns and exchanges
    You have 15 days to evaluate the product... You can return in case of defect of the product. Please send us an e-mail with information and photos of the product defect and the reason for the return. The product must be returned in the same condition it was sent.

    The return shipping fees are the buyer responsability.



    RETURNS

    If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please notify us as soon as possible.
    The value of the product will be refund EXLUDING the initial and return shipping fees.



    EXCHANGES

    Each product is unique, so it can only be exchanged for another item in stock at the store. If you want a new size, color or different design, it should be take in mind that the piece will have to be redesigned and so it will require more time on our part to redesign your request. Such order represents added value to your request, and the recalculate the shipping fees.

    We accept payments by Paypal Payment, bank transfers, MoneyGram ou Western Union Transfers.

    You have 48 hours to make the payment. If after the time of placing an order no payment has been made, we will cancel the order and the product will by available again in the store.



    CANCELLATION

    If you want to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours. We will refund the full amount paid at the time of purchase.
    Shipping
    All orders will be delivered by express carrier (Europe and other country) or via CTT (Portugal), ensuring greater security and speed of delivery. We ship out from Portugal!

    All itens will be carefully packed and labelled with an Entrelaçadas stamp to ensure a safe trip!

    The piece is shipped after the payment confirmation.

    The average delivery time is 3-5 days to Europe and other countries up to 15 days.



    Our role is to inform you about the status and the delivery schedule of your order, in order to be able to feel more secure.

    Also you may track your order, just ask us and we will provide the registration number and the access link to follow the package.

    (The shipping fees are calculated depending on the weight / size of the package and its destination.)



    CUSTOM ORDERS

    Requests for CUSTOM DESIGN PIECES takes longer to be sent!

    There is a special process to create a unique product:

    .The process involves a conversation with the customer, by e-mail and through photographs, in order to fully understand what your desire.
    .The study of the ideal pattern and color, then the approval of the final drawing. At this time, a date will be set for the payment of the custom piece. After the confirmation of the payment, the design will be executed!

    This process is variable, but it takes about 6-7 weeks form date of order. Them the standard shipping time (3-5 days to Europe and other countries up to 15 days).

    In custom orders, shipping fees will be calculated depending on the final weight and size of your order!
