About

...because no woman is one dimensional.

As I sit here and try to compose my shop's story, I'm truthfully struggling with how to best convey what my jewelry line is all about. My style as a designer has certainly evolved throughout my journey as a self-taught handmade jewelry artist.

I've been making jewelry as early as I could remember. With bent paperclips and beads from broken earrings, I fashioned my own jewelry that I wore so proudly. Found ribbons and random charms were no strangers to my little fingers. Those made their way onto headbands, shirts, and shoe laces. And wow, did I make a thousand friendship bracelets! Jewelry has always been a tangible and fulfilling creative outlet for me and I've never quite outgrown it. Thankfully.

During a dark time in my early twenties, I rediscovered my passion for jewelry making and this outlet truly helped me move onto better days. Now, I feel so far removed from that painful past that I almost didn't mention it here. Now, it's no longer about escape or distraction, but about creating and innovating. I found myself and my personal style in this evolving process and realized that I wasn't one dimensional and neither was my style. Maybe this isn't a light bulb for most people, but for me, it was huge.

Jewelry and accessories were always central to my wardrobe and I often found myself frustrated when my jewelry didn't look and feel "just right". I hated when a necklace was the perfect color choice, but didn't look right with the cut of the neckline... and I also despised having to pack a ton of jewelry whenever I traveled, but had to have plenty to choose from because I refuse to be unaccessorized.

The inspiration behind my "Signature Design" collection was borne of this need for my jewelry to be versatile and multi-faceted as me and my wardrobe. That's why each Signature piece can be worn in many different ways. Most are neutral enough to wear with just about anything, and bold enough to be eye-catching. (Now whenever I travel, I just pack a couple of my signature pieces and I'm all set!)

My Signature Wrap and Thread Necklace is hands down my most versatile style and my number one best seller. The feedback has been fantastic and my customers really appreciate the wide array of styles this piece offers them!

I'm always designing jewelry with this versatility in mind, and it has become such an enjoyable creative challenge for me! I create for the busy woman on the go, the jet-setter, the trendsetting fashionista, the woman who works hard and plays harder, one who's unafraid to flaunt the different sides of her personality, the busy mother who needs an easy way to still look flawless and fashionable, the woman who loves unique and one-of-a-kind treasures. If you are one of these women, or embody all of them, then eNVe jewelry is meticulously and thoughtfully hand crafted just for you.

I hope you'll enjoy my designs and can envision one of these pieces in your own arsenal of accessories!

I'm a stay at home mom of 3 and a jewelry addict since childhood. I especially love and appreciate the artistry that goes into handmade jewelry, and have been so blessed to find my own passion in creating unique pieces to share with the world.

Jax, my chatty 7-yr-old, likes to hang out in my studio and measure random supplies, like chain and bead strands. He likes numbers so I'm training him on managing my books.

  • Kaili

    Sorter

Kaili, my spunky 5-yr-old, likes to climb into my chair and sort through my gemstones, beads, and findings. She loves to admire each stone and group them by color. I'm training her to do inventory.

"From Blue to Beautiful" :: My personal campaign

I am greatly committed to psychological well-being in both my professional and personal lives. Essentially, eNVe Designs was a positive personal journey for me. Because this entire project helped me through a dark period, I wanted to come full circle and give back in a meaningful way. So I began a personal campaign, From Blue to Beautiful. Every year, 10% of all profits from eNVe Designs will be donated to a selected charity that focuses on children and/or psychological well-being. This year, proceeds will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org), where they treat ALL children facing cancer-related illnesses, regardless of the family's ability to pay.

So when you wear eNVe Designs jewelry, be reminded of how you have overcome your own struggles and that you will also help make someone else's journey a more positive one.
