E. Olsen Designs grew out of my need to turn my love of sewing, crafting, & graphic design into a full time job. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, my design studio allows me to create for my friends and family and now for the Etsy community. Every item is hand made one at a time with great care and a very "type A" eye for detail. One of the best things about creating with fabrics is that the possibilities are endless! If you can imagine it, it can be made! My goal is to make the world a little bit brighter and preppier, one monogram at a time. Enjoy!

In the event that an item is lost in transit and is never marked as "delivered" I request the following from the buyer: buyer follows up with tracking number with their local post office, if nothing still comes of that, I will file a claim for the item, and it will be replaced. Please note that USPS does request a fairly long amount of time before considering an item officially lost.
If the item is marked as "delivered" but you still have not received it - you must check with neighbors, family members, and your local post office. I cannot replace items that are shown as completed shipments on my end.
Refunds and Exchanges
Any item that arrives defective or has received damage during shipping must be brought to my attention within 1 week of the item being delivered. After that, I cannot be held responsible.
Items will NOT be returned / refunded unless the mistake has been made on my part. So please double check your initials / fonts / thread colors before submitting the order.

Worried about how your monogram will turn out?? Ask for a free proof at checkout. Proofs are only made once a product has been paid for and are only sent upon request.
All of my items are handmade by me! If you are looking for identical pieces, I promise I will try my best, but keep in mind that I am human and not a machine.
If you decide upon receiving an item that you do not like the way it has turned out, despite following your specifications (i.e. letters look weird to you, the color doesn't match your sofa, etc) I'm sorry, I tried. I recommend proofs (especially with our custom monograms) but I only make them upon request.
**Proofing Terms and Conditions for Invitations & Announcements:
I thoroughly proof my artwork before sending it to you. However, there are times when I may miss something. This is why I send a proof so that you can serve as a second set of eyes for errors. Even when customers supply the text there is a chance that it was not transferred correctly or the supplied text was misspelled or incorrect. If you approve your proof, I am no longer responsible for any errors – so please check all the spelling, names and dates thoroughly! I run spell check on all orders, but names (especially ones with unusual spellings) may not be caught. Please do NOT check your proof on your phone only!
Again, once you approve your proof, I am not responsible for any errors and you will be responsible for any reprinting costs.
How much is a rush fee and what items can I use it on?
--- Rush fees start at $5 and go up depending on the item and the amount of time needed to complete the order. Most items can be rushed, so please message if you see something and need it sooner than our current turn-around time.
Does every order automatically get a proof?
--- No, proofs are only sent (via Etsy messages) if asked for in the "comments to seller" section of the checkout.
I forgot to check my messages and approve my proof, now my order is delayed, what gives??
--- If you request a proof, your order is moved into our pending file until I get approval from you. Once approval is received, it then moves into production. A lag in approval or multiple proofs will push back your shipping date.
Do you give discounts for bulk orders?
--- Yes! Discounts range from 10%-20% off depending on the size of the order, so please message me for a quote and turnaround.
