Welcome to Epoca. We are a growing store with the challenge to find different items for the vintage obsessed and the fashion forward. We aim to keep our prices affordable with the hope that everyone can enjoy the darling little treasures of the past that we offer. Our items are all vintage, so the condition varies with each piece. Every item posted is examined and any wear or damage is noted within the item description.

Payment is through paypal only. Payment must be paid within 5 days of your purchase. Once a buyer decides to purchase and item, they commit their selves to the payment for the item.
All items are shipped within 1 week of receiving the payment. We ship using USPS Parcel Post or First Class mail for smaller items; large or heavy items are shipped through FEDEX or UPS. We try to use recycled shipping materials as much as possible. You may combine items to bring the cost of shipping down. All items are insured to prevent loss and damages. Faster shipping is available, just ask.

I will ship internationally with a minimum purchase order of $25, please inquire about costs. If an item is shipped internationally, Epoca is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are sold "as is". We do our best to provide an honest description of each item and its condition. We also research the potential value of each item and try to identify each piece for the buyer. If there is any further information you would like to know about any of our merchandise please contact us. No returns, exchanges or refunds.

In an event that an item is damaged or broken during its shipment, the buyer must take the necessary steps to be fully refunded. For instance, save the original box, broken item and packaging materials, as well as take the merchandise and package to the appropriate venue (UPS or USPS) to have it inspected for insurance purposes.
