Swede in the UK selling macrame items and plant cuttings

Hi! My name is Alice, and I am currently a Masters student in Manchester studying Forensic Psychology. I have been brought up in a family where we have moved every 3-4 years, from Sweden to Chile, Germany, China and now I am continuing that experience into my own adulthood. Something that has always stuck with me throughout the moving has been my love for crafts. Once I got into macrame, I could not stop. I am slowly branching out and creating more macrame items as the weeks go by. That is why I started EquiKnotz, to share my love for macrame with everyone else, as well as provide healthy and happy plant cuttings for a decent price.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get the 2-pack coasters in 2 different colours?

Yes of course! Just leave a note in the order that you would like 2 different colours and what 2 colours you would like and we can easily get that sorted!

What propagation instructions do you have for your plant cuttings?

UNROOTED: upon arrival, begin propagation either in water or soil (depending on your method of choice) for about 4-6 weeks. A well lit and humid environment will encourage roots to grow faster. Some cuttings may take longer to root and some faster depending on the environment.

ROOTED: upon arrival, either propagate it further as instructed above for about 5-7 days to allow roots to further develop in your environment. Another option is to pot up immediately in soil and start caring for your plant as you normally would!

If you are interested in more in-depth detail, check out my propagation e-book containing 32 pages, available in my shop for £2.

Shipping Information

Plants: we ship all plant orders with Royal Mail first class on Mondays and Wednesdays to ensure it arrives before the weekend. If weather conditions are bad, we may decide to postpone postage to ensure the plants remain healthy and are not affected by the weather.

Macrame: all macrame orders are posted with Royal Mail second class, shipping upgrades are available if requested.

If macrame and plant items are ordered together, we will ship the order with Royal Mail first class.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if your item is damaged when you receive it send us an email within 7 days of receiving your item with an image of your damaged item and we can discuss a refund or another option.

Can I request plant cuttings in the Mystery Boxes?

The cuttings we provide in the mystery boxes are based on availability from my own personal collection. However, feel free to send a message if you have a specific plant cutting you are interested in and we can see if we have any available cuttings at the moment for you! Otherwise we can figure something out or we can message you once we have that plant available for cuttings.

I will occasionally have listings for specific plant cuttings, so keep your eyes open!
