E R A D U R A is a one woman embroidery show crafted, designed and hand stitched by Erika Duran

Growing up in West Texas instilled a deep rooted love of everything the desert offered -- bleached sands and blushing skies and a midday sun so bright you'd never believe it could sink into night. Desert imagery isn't so much my inspiration as it is what comes tumbling out of me naturally. It's the language that I know.

The name of my shop itself comes from the melding of my name and 'herradura', Spanish for horseshoe. It's the token of luck that I took for my own.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchange details
✹ Cancellations: Change your mind? Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

✹ Returns/exchanges, however are not currently accepted and all custom orders are final sale.

✹ Refund/store credit: A refund or credit may be offered in the event of a shop error, however refunds cannot be offered for circumstances out of the shop's control, such as incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by buyer.

Please be sure to confirm shipping address is correctly entered at checkout and notify me right away if a change should be made before shipping. Items 'returned to sender' may be arranged to be reshipped, but will incur an additional shipping charge.

✹ Lost, delayed or undelivered mail: Claims will be initiated with USPS after 7 working days. While the shop is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or delays due to customs, I will assist in every situation to the best of my ability.

In the event of a problem, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do everything that I can to resolve any issues.

All payments are due at checkout. Credit Card, PayPal & Etsy Gift Cards accepted.
Shipping
All items ship USPS w/ domestic tracking number to the shipping address provided. Please be sure to confirm address is entered accurately at checkout!

First Class & Priority Shipping options available at checkout.

✹ MADE TO ORDER:
Current turnaround of made to order embroidered items is approx 4-6 weeks before shipment. A scheduled 'ship by' date will be included in the Shipping Details of your receipt -- your order will ship as soon as possible & no later than this date. Please contact before purchase if you'd like to request an expedited ship date.


✹ READY TO SHIP:
Ready items typically ship within 3-5 business days. However, orders containing multiple items ship together. If a tote/pin are ordered with a made to order patch, all items will be shipped in one package once patch has been completed.


✹ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
----International Customs & Import Taxes----
Please be aware, additional customs and import taxes or fees may apply to your order & are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. Unfortunately, I am unable to determine what fees may be due as any taxes will be assessed by buyer's customs office.

Per shipping requirements, all items in an international order will be listed as merchandise with value of contents accurately reflected on customs form. (If you are ordering a gift, please be aware that contents & prices will be displayed on the package shipping label)

Customs regulations can vary widely by country, but if you have questions, the best contact is your local post office or customs office for the most accurate information.

---International Shipping---
Orders are shipped USPS First Class International, with the option to upgrade to Priority Mail. Shipping times can vary by destination and can be delayed due to customs, but typically arrive within 2-4 weeks (in some cases up to 6-8 weeks). If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please check with your local customs office as it may be awaiting pickup.

Tracking is available to most destinations and can be found in your shipment confirmation email.

Many of my items are hand embroidered, please allow for some variation in look. No two pieces will be exactly alike, making each piece completely unique to you!

I do my best to photograph and describe pieces accurately, but colors may differ from your monitor to what you see in person.

• Service providers: I entrust third-party delivery companies (namely USPS) and will share your information only to the extent necessary to perform shipping services

• If I am required by law to do so: to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity), to settle disputes, or to provide customer support such as technical issues.

4 - DATA RETENTION

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

5 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by Eradura will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to me. Third-parties currently used by Eradura:

• Mailchimp - Used for occasional e-newsletter updates & only sent after express sign-up opt-in consent is given by you

For these providers, I recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled.

When you click on links in Etsy, they may direct you away from my shop. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Once you leave my shop's site or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or my shop's Terms of Service.

Q: When will I receive my order?

MADE TO ORDER :
Once purchased, your order will be placed in a queue to be hand stitched up as soon as possible. Current turnaround is approximately 4-6 weeks before shipment.

READY TO SHIP :
'Ready to ship' items are typically shipped within 5 business days. However, please note that orders containing multiple items ship together. If a pin or tote order also contains a hand embroidered item, all items will be shipped in one package once patch has been completed.

Don't forget to check your order confirmation for a scheduled 'ship by' date ~ your order will ship no later than this date!

Q: Do you ship internationally?

I ship worldwide! However, international buyers should be aware that additional customs and import taxes or fees may apply to their orders and these fees are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.

Q: How do I care for my handmade patch?

Hand embroidery is delicate in nature and should be treated with care. To promote longevity, I recommend hand or machine stitching patches to items that are not routinely laundered like a jean jacket or tote bag. Avoid washing and drying.

Q: Do you wholesale?

Eradura's current wholesale catalog is available by request. Inquiries can be emailed to Erika at eradurashop@gmail.com.

Q: Can I have your design tattooed?

Q: Do you take custom requests?

Custom requests are currently full and I am not accepting new projects at the moment. Please find my general custom order info below:

I'm happy to hear your custom order requests! As a policy I do not accept commissions to recreate other artist's work. Additionally, I am more likely to take on projects that fall within my aesthetic and artistic scope. Feel free to peruse my past & current works on Instagram (@eradura) and at www.eradura.com to get a sense of what I do.

If my aesthetic seems like it suits your project, please send me a note or email with your general ideas and I'll see what I can do!

Exact quotes/turnaround times can be given upon discussing project details but generally custom work takes 6+ weeks for completion.
