Welcome to E. Ria Designs, LLC! I create personalized jewelry, custom stamped gold bar necklaces, silver bar necklaces, gold initial necklaces, silver initial necklaces, charms & artisan jewelry.
Your order will be specially created in my studio based on the timeframe listed on your order. I ship via USPS first-class mail unless you select an upgraded option at checkout.
24 hour turnaround (time it takes me to create your order) available at checkout (select at shipping options) if you need your order ASAP, which can include Priority or Express Mail service.
Once a custom order (names, initial, etc.) is placed, it can't be cancelled after 24 hours since I may have already started creation on your custom design.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION - You will be receiving an automatically generated email from Etsy and my label printing service notifying you when I'm preparing to ship your order. Once in the mail stream, the package will begin tracking online at www.usps.com that is available when you click on the link in the email.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Please know you may have VAT or customs fees due at time of delivery, which is charged to the customer, not E. RD.
