I love my etsy shop! My goal is to create new things weekly to meet the needs of others. I want to keep all customers happy, and I feel they will like my items!

I will not ship until payment is received as you can understand.
Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 weeks. If you need sooner, let me know. Custom or bulk orders may take longer . If you order candy favors for an event a month or so in advance, I will ship in 1-2 weeks if you do not specify, but I usually ship right before your shower or event, so they can be fresh, and you will not have to worry about storage. Please always include your event date even if you plan in advance in the message area of purchase. This helps me plan better. If you plan in advance and someone else does not, I can understand you thinking their order should not go in front of yours, but I'd prefer knowing how much time I have with each order because that helps me very much. After all, I work a full time job besides my online shop and have a child in several activities, so please help me with my planning as well by providing your date. I still get out orders quickly regardless unless something like ribbon has to be ordered for a special request. Thanks so much for considering me with your event needs :-)
Refunds and Exchanges
All Sales are final, but I feel you will be pleased with the items as all look just as pictured and as described. If there is any problems with shipping or anything, my goal is to make the customer happy! However, I will need pictures of the damaged items, and shipping damages will be the responsibility of the shipping service used: UPS, FedEx, or USPS. A refund for shipping damages will have to be provided through UPS, Fedex, or USPS, and you will have to cooperate with their investigation along with providing me photos. Thank You :-)
