Accepted payment methods

If you're paying with a credit card or PayPal, I expect payment at the time you place your order, unless you are waiting on a revised invoice.

(This means that after you click that big green button that says "submit order" don't forget to click the likewise big and green button on the next page that says "pay with paypal." If you submit an order without payment, I will contact you (via your Etsy email address) with instructions on how to log back in and pay. If I don't hear from you after 7 days, I will cancel the order.)

If you're waiting on a revised invoice, please make sure I have your correct PayPal email address to send it to! Very important!!

If you choose to pay with an e-check (this is when you use PayPal to pay from your bank account), be aware that it will hold up your order while I wait for it to clear. No offense, just better safe than sorry.

If you are confused in anyway about the Esty check-out process or how to use PayPal, simply contact me and I will be happy to help you.
If you order art prints, please allow 2 business days for me to print them.

"Business days" are Monday through Friday. For example: if you place a print order on a Friday, it will likely ship on the following Tuesday.

For non-print items, I make every effort to ship your goodies within a day or so of receiving payment, but I do have a 9 to 5 day job, so sometimes it might be a bit later. (Never fear! If anything is off-schedule, I'll totally keep you informed about your order.)

If your Etsy and PayPal mailing addresses differ, I will mail your package to the address listed in your Etsy order unless you specify otherwise. Likewise, I will always use your Etsy email address to contact you.

Shipping prices reflect the cost of shipping materials (mailers, mailing tubes, etc) as well as postage.

At this time, I am unable to combine shipping costs on purchases from my 2 stores, since everything in this shop is shipped flat and everything in is shipped rolled.

I am happy to ship internationally! Please note, however, that I cannot be responsible for any taxes or import duties which your country may impose upon you. I also cannot mark items as a gift on the customs form, since I am a known business at my post office.

I generally use the US Post Office's First Class International, as it offers the best rate. Some larger items (like large original art) are too big for First Class and must be shipped Priority, which is more expensive. If you desire insurance, items must be shipped via Priority or Express mail. I cannot be responsible for lost international packages, sorry.
