About

Welcome!

People always tell me I was born at the wrong time, much too late to enjoy many of the things that I love. I've always been nostalgic about old ways, things and people. Whether that means driving the streets of Baltimore looking for the tiny alley rowhome where my great-grandmother was born, making things from scratch instead of buying them or trying to simplify my life so I can enjoy the things that are really important.

This shop is a little way that I can save relics of the past. I hope that my saved treasures help you to bring a little more beauty to your life.

Welcome to the ErikawithaK Vintage shop. I opened this shop because I love vintage everything but could never use all the great things I find.

This shop is intended to provide you with a varied selection of vintage patterns, clothing, fabric, notions and other items.

I check all patterns for completeness and any missing pieces will be noted. Additionally, because my patterns are vintage and so they may have minor tears and holes. I do my best to acknowledge anything major.

Keep in mind that vintage pattern sizes are different from current sizes. Please check the bust, waist and hip measurements to be sure the pattern will fit or learn to resize patterns: http://www.google.com/search?q=resizing+a+pattern

I want this to be a good experience for both of us. Please contact me with any questions, comments or suggestions before or after purchasing.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
I currently accept PayPal and ETSY's Direct Checkout.

If you wish to cancel a purchase and be fully refunded please notify me immediately. This can only be done prior to shipping.
Shipping
I do my best to keep shipping quick and affordable for my customers while keeping items safe. Usually this is USPS first class mail within the US and USPS First Class International for the rest of the world. Items are shipped as soon as I am able, usually within 1-2 days.

I ship patterns in a plastic sleeve and in a photo mailer envelope. Fabric items (fabric, linens) are shipped in a thick manila, plastic or bubble envelope or a box. Breakable or non-flat items are shipped in boxes with bubble wrap, etc for protection. If you have specific requests for packaging an item, please contact me prior to purchasing because this may require a higher shipping cost.

Please be sure that your address is correct prior to purchasing, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs if an item is returned to me for non-delivery. Likewise, I am not responsible for packages lost because an address was incorrect or incomplete.

FREE US SHIPPING OFFER! Buy 3 or more patterns and get FREE shipping! Purchases must be made on the same transaction. This offer valid in the USA only. Shipping will be refunded to buyer after purchase.

I do my best to estimate shipping but if there is an overcharge of more than $1, I will reimburse the customer. You may contact me prior to purchasing if you would like a more exact shipping estimate.

If you need expedited shipping please contact me prior to purchase.

All items shipped within the U.S. are shipped with delivery confirmation.

International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and must be borne by the recipient. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms, and will be marked as "merchandise" - no exceptions.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bosnia, Burma, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of the Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Herzegovina, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Liberia, Libya, Moldova, Montenegro, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Russia, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Yemen and Zimbabwe
Refunds and Exchanges
I check all patterns for completeness and condition prior to listing. If you think something is different than it was portrayed, please contact me within 7 days of receiving.

I offer refunds (minus shipping) if you are dissatisfied with a product. But if requested, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.
Additional policies and FAQs
All items come from a smoke-free but animal friendly home.

Please keep in mind that all items are vintage and will not be in new condition. I assess item conditions based on my interpretation. Having said that, if you feel an item was misrepresented please contact me.

Please look at pictures carefully and feel free to ask questions.
