Shipping
All items come with tracking.
All of my ready made items ship either the same day or following business day provided they are not waiting on a custom item in the order. If the item is a custom order, please allow it to take 3 business days before I ship, sometimes it is sooner, unless we discussed a different time frame.
I ship first class mail, it takes the same amount of time as priority, but is half the cost. If you prefer a priority or express upgrade, or an international rate, please message me first and I will adjust the listing for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns on most items. Items that are not refundable, are hair ties, sale/ clearance, and custom bangles and custom orders. Sale items include items bought with a code of 15% or more. If you are going to purchase a custom bangle please measure carefully, I am more than happy to help you measure to ensure you get the correct size. Bangles that have been re-sized are also final sales.
If you would like to return your item for a refund minus original shipping costs, please contact me as soon as you get the item. Since we have a mostly reliable postal service, I request returns to have tracking to ensure it makes it safely back (I have had things go missing in the mail, and this is a life saver). Please send back the item(s) in their original packaging. The Item(s) must be shipped no later than 3 days after you get them. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. If your item does not meet the above mentioned criteria, your return will not be accepted.
All item(s) must be in their original unworn condition. Once they are back Ill issue a refund the same way you paid, unless exchanging.

Anything purchased from the sale/clearance section is final sale.
Additional policies and FAQs
- coupon codes are not available on custom orders
- bangle re-size is $ 10 per bangle (sizing down) if you need to size up contact me first because this generally involves a new cut of wire, although if it is a slight up-size I may be able to stretch it. If you want to add an item to a bangle that needs drilling it is $15.
