This buyer, sadly, never contacted me to let me know they were having trouble with their guest book. They did contact me to complain that this was a printable item when they thought I was going to ship it to them. I explained to them that the item description clearly states that this is printable item and that no physical items will be shipped. I think they then had trouble printing or did not professionally print so they printed the guest book smaller than it was supposed to be. It should be printed at 11x14" for the balloons to be the correct size. Anyway, I regret that they had problems, but they never contacted me to help troubleshoot. I have had many clients with great success with this item. There is even a photo submitted to be by a client which shows the balloons are clearly large enough to sign.
