The process for exchanging photos and information for my custom house portrait was extremely smooth! Erin was very responsive to my requests and questions. She sent me photos of her sketches, drawings, and drafts all through the process to make sure I was happy with the painting. The painting was shipped quickly and very securely. I only wish I thought to take a picture of it for this review before I wrapped it (it’s a Christmas gift)! Final product was beautiful and I’m very happy with it!
