1 out of 5 starsI buy a number of Swedish cloths like these - I like them a lot. The price for one of these was usually what I’d pay for two, but I thought it was cute. It is not one of the better quality sponges, and the shipping cost almost as much as the sponge, which is what really made me mad. Most of these sites charge no fee for shipping these, or a nominal dollar or two. I was charged about $5.00 for shipping one thin sponge in an envelope.

I bought a custom color towel and the speed and helpfulness of communication was stellar. I’m now looking for another excuse to buy more items 😂. (Excuse the wrinkles which is my fault, it was shipped perfectly crisp!)

Who is responsible for undelivered packages?
Erin Hall Studio will do our best to assure that your order arrives in a timely manner. We obtain proof of postage and shipping for each order and are not responsible for packages that are marked delivered, but are lost by the shipping provider. If your package is lost and you have the sufficient tracking information, please take your issue up with the shipping provider.
Can you create custom colors?
Yes, if you want a specific color -that needs to be matched- a $15 custom color fee is charged. A color chip or reference must be supplied to Erin Hall Studio to ensure a proper color match to your satisfaction. Convo me for more details.
Otherwise, if you see a color you like, but not offered in your preferred design- just let me know and I can print that up for you.

Can you create a custom design?
Yes, some people like custom designs for wedding favors or event gifts. Make it unique- make it yours! I work with the client to create the ideal design and color-way for each occasion. The client is charged a one-time, custom design fee. The fee can vary in price dependent upon the complexity of the design, but design fees start at $60 on top of the purchase of the towels. Orders of 30 towels or more will receive a reduced towel rate. Convo me for details.
Can you bundle my order of towels -rather than individually label each one?
Yes, I can bundle towels in groups of two's and three's. Just convo with me (in the "optional note to seller" spot) when you place your order, and I'll send it to you exactly how you want it .
