Due to the nature of my products, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges or digital items.

Shipping

All items are DIGITAL FILES. No physical item will be shipped.

INSTANT DOWNLOADS will be available immediately through Etsy after your payment is complete. Log in to your account from a computer and go to "purchases and reviews". There will be a link to download next to your order. You will also receive an email from etsy with your download link after purchase.

CUSTOM DESIGNS:
Within 1-2 Days of receiving your order, I will send your high resolution, ready-to-print file(s) to the email address associated with your etsy account. If you would like it sent to a different email address, please include it in the notes section with your order.

Please make sure to look over the design and email me with all changes needed. I will complete up to 3 rounds of revisions on custom designs. After 3 rounds I will charge a small fee of $2.50 for the extra time.
