I love the painting I received from this artist. I bought it as a gift but wish I could keep it for my home! The colors are very warm and inviting, and can be placed in a variety of settings. The painting was nicely wrapped so as to prevent any damage, and I received it earlier than expected. I look forward to future purchases from this artist!

Beautiful painting that really brightened up a dark living room in my apartment! Shipped on time and I would definitely buy another from this artist.

Art was my beginning and most certainly my destiny.

Painting is rain for my soul. Time spent with a brush in hand keeps me sane as I navigate the otherwise dull world of cubicles and email. I can't possibly keep everything that I create, so I hope that by sharing my work with you I may brighten your surroundings and share my passion for color.

I grew up across the street from a very talented artist who was great friends with my mom. When I was a little girl, I asked our neighbor if she would teach me to paint, and I eventually added oil painting to the list of crafts and projects that I half-started and hoped someday to master.

Years later, my wonderful neighbor reignited my passion for paint by throwing me an art themed bridal shower. The amount of joy and peace that I felt as I quietly painted in her backyard that afternoon inspired me to open an Etsy shop and really make this hobby a priority.

I am constantly inspired by the color in my surroundings - the ever changing sky over Lake Michigan... flowers in Lincoln Park... someone's outfit on the train... even a well-curated blog post. I love the evolution of art and how each painting takes on a life of its own, and can't imagine spending a day without exercising my creativity.

My husband and I share an office in our cozy Chicago apartment, which is mainly littered with my art and shipping supplies. (He is a saint.) Someday I hope to join the throngs of Etsians who have quit their day job and make this hobby a full-time gig. For now, I am content to splash some color on a canvas and share the result with you lovely shoppers!

I use USPS Priority Mail to ship my artwork. Items are shipped the day after I receive payment confirmation through Etsy and usually arrive within a week. If you need your painting sooner, let me know! I can rush your order.

Please make sure your Etsy address is correct when you checkout. I ship to the address listed in your Etsy order!

I take great care when packaging paintings to ensure they arrive safely and securely. Paintings are wrapped in plastic to protect them from moisture, sandwiched between stiff foam board to prevent puncturing/bending/banging, and enclosed in a close-fitting cardboard box. If you would like to add insurance, rushed shipping, or any other service provided by USPS, please send me a convo and I will add that to your order and revise your invoice. Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number.

I am also willing to ship outside the United States, but will need 3-4 extra days to process your order. If you are outside the US, I will work with you to find an affordable shipping method!

Please send me a convo if you have any questions about shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item is not what you expected, please send me a message within 5 days of receiving your item and I will do my best to make you happy! If you would like to return your painting, you are responsible for shipping charges and ensuring that the painting arrives undamaged and in its original condition. Once I receive the package and verify that it is unharmed, I will reimburse you for the painting minus the original shipping cost.

If you have any questions about the items, please ask before purchasing! I prefer to avoid returns/exchanges, and am more than happy to answer questions, send more photos, etc.

***Custom Orders:
I am happy to make something in a different size or color than what you see listed. All of my items are original and hand painted, making each piece a unique addition to your personal collection. I happily accept custom requests and can paint you something similar to what you see in my listings, while maintaining the uniqueness of each item.

If you are interested in commissioning a custom piece, send me a convo to get started. I'll ask you for some details about preferred colors and styles, whether or not you plan to frame the piece, where you envision hanging the finished product, etc. In most cases, I only charge a nominal fee for custom requests.

***Please note: due to the increased time involved in planning and making custom items, I require payment upfront. Before I ship your new painting, I share photos of the final product so you have a chance to make any last minute minor requests.
