Announcement    Hi! Thank you so much for visiting my shop. Our family recently relocated to Takoma Park, Md., where my husband is building me a backyard studio from ground up. It will take some time and I will update our journey on my Instagram @erinkillianpottery if you'd like to follow along. I have a bit of inventory that I made in California that I will sell in the fall, but I can't custom make anything at the moment until I'm up and running again.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take custom or personalized orders?

I love doing custom orders, but I have very limited time, so unless it's a shape or glaze I've already made, it's unlikely I'll be able to fill it. However, please don't hesitate to ask -- if I can make it happen, I will!

Also, please note that if you ask me to make something and don't buy it within two weeks of receiving the listing, I reserve the right to sell it to another buyer. I can't hold inventory in my limited space for too long. Thank you for understanding!

You really don't take refunds or exchanges?

Each of my pieces is one of a kind, so all sales are final. But if you have a problem with your order, please contact me within 3 days.

If your order arrives in broken pieces, don't worry, we can find a solution. Here's what you do:

1. Immediately photograph the package (USPS wants to see the banged up box) and the broken piece(s).
2. Contact me ASAP to let me know about the situation.
3. I'll send an agreed-upon replacement or full refund ASAP.

If you are truly unhappy with your order please contact me and we will work something out. I love my customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. Handmade ceramics are delicate, so I cannot (unfortunately) be responsible for broken pieces months down the road.

Thank you!

Wholesale availability

I currently don't offer wholesale as I make very small batches, but I may consider it in the future.
