WOOD SIGNS: Our signs are custom made on real wood. Because of woods natural state, some things may be different on your sign than what you see pictured in our listings, such as wood color, wood grain pattern , wood grain size and knots in the wood. We do our best to find the perfect piece of wood every individual sign, but sometimes these natural characteristics of the wood will show on your signs. We think this adds more character and gives you a one a kind item!

All digital file sales are final. Digital and printable purchases are sent via direct download or Etsy conversation. Nothing will be shipped to a physical address with digital purchases. It specifically states in the item details if something is printable/digital and that nothing will be shipped. Please read the item details closely to ensure whether you are purchasing a physical or digital file. You will receive PDF or JPG files only. We cannot provide editable files. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement, but only once the item has been returned to us.

All customized sales/orders are final and non-refundable.

All digital files are delivered to you directly once purchase is made.

Most print and ship items are sent to you directly from us, but sometimes they need to be sent directly from our printer, generally arriving within 2-3 days of shipment.
Signs are currently shipped within 1-3 weeks, however, they are often sent earlier.
