I get it, sometimes we need it faster, just stumbled upon the perfect gift, or well, procrastinated a bit. If you need it sooner you need to contact me BEFORE making a purchase and I will happily do my best to accommodate your request. Sometimes you will be surprised that I get it to you much quicker but please count on the longest lead time if you do not make a request. I do offer Priority shipping upgrade.

*Once your order leaves my shop it is out of my control as far as speedy delivery goes. All orders come with a tracking # for you to follow. Occasionally the postal service has an oops, you can contact your local post office with the tracking information and I am happy to help you in anyway I can to find the package through my own local post office. Just please be gentle, I'd love to hand deliver each to you if I could.

She usually doesn't wear jewelry but now she reaches for this one on days she wants to dress up a little or on special occasions. The customer service was even better! I ordered it in plenty of time for it to arrive. As the days approached, I hadn't seen it so I checked the tracking. Unfortunately, it looked like it was lost and I assumed there was no way it would make it. I reached out to Erin and she quickly responded and jumped into action. She saved the day and it made it on time!

We use Sterling Silver, Gold Filled, and Solid 14k Gold materials, as noted in each item description. The jewelry requires standard care for each material.
We do not recommend swimming or showering with fine jewelry, and handle with care.
For personalized silver and gold-filled jewelry your hand stamped piece might include darkened text, as each item is shown. The darkening is an oxidized darkened process and will be lightened if exposed to water or with silver cleaning.
