All items are handmade with care and described thoroughly and honestly, and I have the utmost confidence that you will be 100% satisfied with your item.
If you have a problem with your item or think I've made a mistake, please email me with your concerns within 10 days of receiving your order.

I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail if you have failed to purchase insurance.

♥Eristotle accepts Paypal, money order, or personal check, but lets face it, you want your items asap! So Paypal is my preferred method of payment.

♥If you are paying with Paypal or a credit card, please pay promptly. I generally do not hold items for more than 24 hours unless you make prior arrangements with me.

♥If you'd like to pay by mail, go ahead and purchase the item. Choose your payment method (money order or personal check). Payment must be in US Dollars.
Please email me within 2 days to confirm that your payment has been mailed. Failing to do so will result in the order being canceled. I allow 7 days for payments from the U.S., 10 if you're outside the U.S.
Be warned that should you pay with personal check, I will not send your item until the check clears.

♥When you send your payment, PLEASE indicate who you are, and what you are paying for. I need your name, Etsy name, email, what item you're paying for, and your shipping address.

Your order will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Custom items require 5-7 days from the time I have your payment and information/instructions, depending on the item requested.

Most items are automatically shipped Priority, but I am more than happy to ship First Class, just contact me before paying.

If you do not purchase insurance, I can not be held responsible for lost packages. If you would like to purchase insurance and/or tracking for your order, please let me know before you pay!

I ship out international orders every Saturday, as it requires a trip to the post office, and I now work full time, and can't get there any other day.
INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE!
Please note buyer is responsible for any custom duties, taxes or other charges entering the destination country.

Domestic packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. Thus, your order may take up to a week - after payment - to ship.

If your package is returned to me as undeliverable, you will be expected to cover additional shipping costs to ship to the correct address.
