Welcome. "Life is better decorated" - don't you think? Let's work together and find just what you need to better decorate your life. My favorite way to design jewelry is to work with you on something special for an upcoming occasion: Wedding, formal occasion, anniversary, first date, office name it and we'll make it special. Do you have an old piece of jewelry that you want to rework? Is there something that you own, or do you have old beads that you just can't quite get right? I would really love to help. My favorite times are spent sitting at the table pulling colors together and dreaming about who will wear them and decorate their lives. It doesn't even have to be a special occasion: Maybe you just like someone at the office and you want them to to notice. Maybe you just want something that is special to you - and only YOU know why. I love bright colors and I love pastels. I love simplicity and I love opulence. I love decoration.

I prefer PayPal - it just makes everything so easy. I'll also take money orders (I'll ship your order as soon as I receive payment...nothing personal, just works best for me) and I WILL take personal checks, but again - I can only ship orders after they clear.. I can't take cash - and you shouldn't be sending it through the mail either! If I design a piece for you privately (or locally) I will mark it RESERVED on Etsy for you to purchase. Once it's paid I'll deliver it to you. If for some reason you order and payment doesn't come to me within 3 days, I will contact you (the Etsy checkout an be a little confusing the first time around) via Etsy, or any other form of contact you have given me. If I do not hear anything from you regarding non-payment I will cancel the sale. If you change you mind after a sale is completed - assuming it is not over 5 items (which would be hard for me to relist - and starts to become expensive) - I will refund you via paypal. If you are unhappy with the item you receive - FOR ANY REASON - I will work with you to figure it out, very likely to your advantage. Please don't give me negative feedback until you and I have worked on a solution. I am going to do my darnedest to make sure you're satisfied, and I am pretty sure you will be. So give me a chance before you get out that feedback trigger finger...we all make mistakes. Well, not you, but I do...occasionally. If you are not satisfied with the item you receive please contact me before you send it back. if is is as described but you have made an arror in sizing, color, etc i simply ask that you cover shipping as we get you the right piece. If it's my error I will pay the shipping charges to make it right. If we don't know, let's talk and sort it out. My feedback section will give you an idea of how precious customer service is to me.

Commissions: Once we have agreed upon what you are asking me to design and our set price I request a 50% - completely refundable based on YOUR satisfaction - deposit before I begin work. This allows me to cover my expenses for supplies and to solidify our agreement.

Please make sure that you give me a good contact address or number to get in touch about the piece I am creating for you - I often have questions and I like to keep you updated on my progress. As I create your piece I will send you pictures, etc for approval and keep working until you are satisfied. I expect full payment upon completion of the work and before it is shipped.
I almost always ship items within 3 business days - often sooner - of receiving payment. The exception to this is if I am having a SALE and requests are up - in that case give me 5 days, please. If you need a rush, that's fine - just let me know. I do not typically insure items unless by special request (or agreement) - so if you want it insured, you'll need to talk with me about this and it will be an added expense. I have had very good luck with our very own US Postal Service. I ship First Class and items usually arrive within 7-10 business days - again, often much, much sooner. I wrap your baubles in special boxes, wrapping paper, ribbons and then cover in bubble wrap and send in a padded envelope. If anything gets damaged that is a result of my error I am happy to replace it - quickly. If it's the post offices error we'll have to work together to negotiate what is fair. I tried to reuse packaging as much as possible - and I hope you do, too.
Refunds and Exchanges
Everything that I make is 100% lifetime guaranteed. I really, really want you to be happy. If it breaks, if it breaks down, I'll replace it. If it's not what you thought it would be - I'll replace it, or maybe even change it. If you break it, and want help fixing it - I am happy to do that , too - I just ask you to help with shipping. I'll offer you a refund with the item returned (at your expense) or I will replace the item. We'll talk and figure it out. My default is that you're being honest. I am, too.
Additional policies and FAQs
I run a small shop and I pay attention to each one of my sales. I believe that I can make you something that will be valuable to you - and I want it to be sacred and precious. I want it to fit perfectly, I want it to have the right "weight", I want you to feel that you have something that will last a lifetime and bring you joy. Special orders are highly encouraged. I also LOVE - almost most of all - taking YOUR beads, jewelry, etc and fashioning them into something that you'll wear. Do you have an outdated necklace? Does it need a little fire? We can make it special.

I have recently begun offering the occasional PIF (Pay it forward)...These are always beautiful designs that I give the same attention as I do my full-price designs. This is my chance to give something to you. I list these with small S & H and for the listing fee only. And please do pay it forward. Share the love, baby.

Most of us here on Etsy are doing this because a little - sometime BIG fire in us says: Do IT! Thanks for letting me do this. My heart is in my more ways than one.
