About

A Vintage New Age Shop!

My mother and I have always wanted to start a shop together -she's always wanted a New Age brick & mortar shop, and I've always wanted a vintage shop. Why not combine the two?

Our local economy is not friendly to brick and mortar shops, especially ones that break the mold, but we knew we could find an audience for our wares nationwide, and by default, worldwide!

Though I run the shop and all aspects of it at the moment, my mom is still a huge part of my support system, and sometimes she finds some new things to put up for sale.

RESERVED ITEMS:
I will reserve an item for up to 14 days. So, if you're waiting for your next paycheck to make a purchase, convo me and let me know! If you buy a reserved item that's reserved for SOMEONE ELSE, I will immediately refund your money and cancel the sale. If the item is still available after the reservation period ends, feel free to purchase again. In some cases I can make duplicates of reserved jewelry, so please convo me if you see a handmade jewelry item reserved for someone else.

CANCELING ORDERS:
I also reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, and if this happens I will refund before canceling and provide an explanation.
Shipping
If I grossly overestimate shipping charges I also do partial shipping refunds when the difference is in excess of $2.00 including packing materials. I utilize USPS Priority Mail because the boxes are free and the flat rate boxes are quite convenient, not to mention fast! Smaller items which fit in bubble mailers (jewelry and some craft supplies) will go first class. Keep in mind that Media Mail cannot be used for magazines, and will come without my business cards, as they cannot contain advertising and are subject to inspection.

I send delivery confirmation with all US orders provided the package is large enough, and most are. I ship all US orders within three business days (most of the time next day, or same day). Keep in mind that I store the majority of my Etsy shop off site, so I can't always get there instantaneously and there is usually a delay of a day or two on international orders.

US orders up to $50 before postage will have USPS Tracking as long as the package is large enough.
US orders $50-$200 before postage will have Signature Confirmation and Insurance.
US orders $200-$500 after postage will have Insurance (signature still required).
US orders $500 after postage and up will be sent Registered Mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
I offer international shipping on lightweight items and request to be contacted for any item that is not lightweight. At this time I do international shipping for jewelry, lightweight supplies, and vintage clothing only. Anything else, I will request to be contacted for a shipping quote (If you want it badly enough, we can always work something out.)

Please be aware of import laws of your country and do not order something which will have difficulty making it through customs inspections. I am not responsible for the fees, assessed VAT, or any other expenses you may incur by purchasing these items.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to return something, you must contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to ask for pictures of damage to items if it should occur. I also reserve the right to not accept a return, depending on the circumstances.
Additional policies and FAQs
MAKING REASONABLE OFFERS/HAGGLING may be considered for some items, especially if it is listed in the item description, or if you would like to purchase a lot of items.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES:
Distros interested in carrying my zines may convo me and we will work out the details.

I do not offer wholesale on my one-of-a-kind creations.

REQUESTS FOR FREE ITEMS/SAMPLES/CHARITY/ETC will not be considered.

Reasonable trade offers may be considered only if you have an item I actually want and your feedback is stellar. Trading items for photography services/blog features/etc will not be considered.

OTHER:
All items come from a smoke-free, pet-free environment. (My entire Etsy shop - with the exception of handmade jewelry- is stored off site and not in my actual home, both places are smoke and pet free at the moment.) However, that's not always the case for vintage, since I don't know where those items have come from in most cases. It's recommended to wash all clothes before wear!

Again, any questions or concerns? I welcome (and answer) all respectful convos. I don't consider notifying me that I'm in your treasury as spam, I would LOVE to know that! Have a great day and happy buying!
