I accept payment through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account; just choose Paypal at checkout and you will be given the option to pay by credit card.
Ready made items ship within the next two business days after I have received your order and payment. Custom orders take up to 1-2 weeks to ship.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund up to 30 days after the ship date. I truly want my customers to love what they get! If you are not completely satisfied, just let me know and once I have received the item back, I will issue you a refund, minus shipping costs. Please know that return shipment is also your cost.

If an item is lost in shipping, please contact me to discuss your options. My policy is to wait 4 weeks for the item to arrive or return to sender before we discuss next possible options. Typically a refund will be given or we can negotiate a second shipment depending on the item.

If there is a defect in your product, please notify me within a week of receiving your order and I will fix it! I want happy customers!
