Welcome to Esprit de Joie! I originally opened this little boutique to make my products readily available to my customers. As time has passed, so has my little shop evolved. At this time my focus is mostly directed to my custom personalized ribbons.

Everything I make comes from my heart and my own two hands.

I have loved "creating" for as long as I can remember. Don't you find that life is sweeter? you are happier? all is "right-er" with the world when you are following your passions? This little boutique is a passion for me.

Welcome to Esprit de Joie. I started this little boutique out of a desire to share my heartfelt creations with valued customers. As life evolves, so has my business. With so many "copycat" businesses popping up everywhere, I have decided to concentrate on mostly my custom personalized ribbons.

I do so hope you enjoy your visit. Keep in mind, for the many many years I have been in business, I have also strived for customer satisfaction. With that in mind, I welcome your custom requests.

Shipping

We generally ship via USPS, First Class Mail if your order weighs less than 1 oz. We do this to save you time and money. We are happy to change our shipping to Priority Mail, with or without insurance, if you prefer. If so, please advise us at the time of ordering and we will send you an invoice for the additional postal charges.

Please note: Once the package leaves our hands and is entrusted to the USPS, we are unable to guarantee its whereabout and/or delivery. Problems are extremely rare, but they can occur. We can offer tracking information as requested.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our products are generally made to order, and many are custom products. For this reason we ask that you review your order carefully. Once your order is complete, we cannot accept returns or replacements due to the custom nature.

Thanks so much for your understanding. We promise to do our best to give you a product of value and quality. We do stand behind our products - and if we made it wrong, we'll make it right.
