Returns and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days based on the following reasons only

• item is damaged before delivery
• item is not the same as item purchased
• in regards to vintage or pre-owned items, we failed to describe the items vintage or pre-owned condition

All request must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if more than 14 days have passed from the date of delivery. All returned items must be returned in original packaging. *Note* for a return to be granted it must first meet one of the above criteria. Please direct your request and reason for request to essenceofvictoria [!at] Do not send item before return request has been granted.

~~If refund is granted we will reimburse buyer for the cost of item and return shipping minus original shipping charge~~

We reserve the right to fully inspect package and its content before issuing refund.
***U.S.BUYERS*** We accept the folowing forms of payment: Paypal, money orders, and cashiers checks (no personal checks) payments by these methods must be received within 7 days or less after item has been purchased. Please be advised if payment has not been received within 7 days item will be relisted and buyer will receive negative feedback. Please contact us immediately if other payment arrangements need to be made.

****INTERNATIONAL BUYERS*** We gladly accept international buyers from all countries we ship worldwide. Payments must be made through PayPal only, no other payment method will be accepted. Please contact us for exact shiping rates. Rates vary depending on weight and country. We will work with you in providing the lowest shipping method available. *Packages are subject to additional fees and duties upon delivery*.
In order to ensure timely delivery of your package our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. However, if buyer prefers a lower shipping cost and does not mind a longer delivery time USPS Parcel Post is also available during checkout. There is a required delivery confirmation charge of $0.75 on all USPS Parcel Post orders for orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail delivery confirmation is free. We will email the tracking number to you. This service is for U.S. buyers only, International buyers are excluded. We are happy to combine shipping whenever possible on all multiple purchases if done during same checkout time or before original package is sent, each added item will be charged an additional $2.00. This service can only be used if the weight of the additional item does not far exceed the weight of the package. Insurance is optional but is recommended on all items and on all International orders.
