Hi, I'm Sally and am the owner and sole member of Eternal Prints! I work from my small studio in Horrabridge, Devon and I feel very priviledged to be able to create all day.

Inspired by family, fun and friendship, Eternal Prints offers you a range of cute and quirky gifts with the option to personalise with photos of special people, loved animals, or treasured moments. You can also add poignant quotes or your own personal words.
Or you can choose one of our designs for those with a love of all things quirky!

Welcome to Eternal Prints. Here you will find a unique collection of printed and personalised jewellery. I work very hard to ensure that each product is made to the highest of standards and that as a customer you are happy with your purchase.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
All of Eternal Prints customised jewellery and gifts are made to the highest standards. However, in the unlikely event you have a damaged item, please would you photograph and contact us via Etsy communications. We will assess the damage, and replace the item for you within 7 working days or issue a refund.
If you have noticed a mistake in your wording, please first of all, check your communications to ensure that it was right in the first place! No replacements will be offered for mistakes that are not our fault. However, if the mistake is indeed ours, we will replace your item free of charge, within 3 working days.
For all customised orders, no refunds or exchanges will be given unless damaged or a mistake has been made.

If you would like to return one of our designs for a refund, please contact us with in 14 days and post the item back to us within 30 days. It is the buyers responsibility to pay return postage costs, unless the item/s are faulty.
Payment
Eternal Prints accepts paypal or direct payments. Once your payment has been recieved, we will begin processing your order.

Please note, if we have not recieved payment within 3 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
Shipping
For UK addresses, all of our small products are shipped my First Class Royal Mail and larger items by 2nd class parcel post.
All international orders are posted by Royal Mail International standard.
Please be aware that for mail outside the UK, it is THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to pay any tax or duties owed on an item.
Please allow up to 6 weeks (30 working days) for international delivery, but also please be aware that I cannot guarantee a delivery date - I always obtain proof of postage but am not responsible for items once they have left the UK.

All of our items are made to order and we work hard, aiming to despatch within 3 working days from receiving your photograph and/or text. However, in order to allow for busier times, we guarantee to have your item despatched within 7 working days from recieving your photograph and/or text.

If you have a bespoke design idea in mind, please feel free to contact us to discuss - we love a design challenge and if we can, we will work with you to create your perfect gift.

In line with current legislation, we do not keep any paper records of your personal data or order information. Your details that you provide during the order process are used only in relation to that order and are stored on our password protected site for a reasonable amount of time before being permanently deleted. We will only contact you if necessary to successfully process your order. We do not use your details for any other reason and never send out marketing emails.
