I had assumed from the sample photo this might be cropped out but on mine it still showed. They are still fab though and I love taking a photo of my Max out with me

Hi, I'm Sally and am the owner and sole member of Eternal Prints! I work from my small studio in Tavistock, Devon and I feel very priviledged to be able to create all day.
Inspired by family, fun and friendship, Eternal Prints offers you a range of cute and quirky gifts with the option to personalise with photos of special people, loved animals, or treasured moments. You can also add poignant quotes or your own personal words.
Or you can choose one of our designs for those with a love of all things quirky!

Returns and exchange details
If you have noticed a mistake in your wording, please first of all, check your communications to ensure that it was right in the first place! No replacements will be offered for mistakes that are not our fault. However, if the mistake is indeed ours, we will replace your item free of charge, within 3 working days.
For all customised orders, no refunds or exchanges will be given unless damaged or a mistake has been made. Please do contact us in the first instance to discuss.
If you would like to return one of our designs for a refund, please contact us with in 14 days and post the item back to us within 30 days. It is the buyers responsibility to pay return postage costs, unless the item/s are faulty.
Payment
Please note, if we have not recieved payment within 3 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
Shipping
Each year, last orders to guarantee Christmas delivery are the 7th of December.
All international orders are posted by Royal Mail International standard. There is no tracking information for this service and it is THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to pay any tax or duties owed on an item.
Please allow up to 6 weeks (30 working days) for international delivery, I cannot guarantee a delivery date - I always obtain proof of postage but am not responsible for items once they have left the UK.
Each year last Christmas orders are the 31st October.
All of our items are made to order and we work hard, aiming to despatch within 7.
However, in order to allow for busier times, we guarantee to have your item despatched within 14 days providing we have received your photograph and/or text.
Additional policies and FAQs
In line with current legislation, we do not keep any paper records of your personal data or order information. Your details that you provide during the order process are used only in relation to that order and are stored on our password protected site for a reasonable amount of time before being permanently deleted. We will only contact you if necessary to successfully process your order. We do not use your details for any other reason and never send out marketing emails.
